Direct management of a small facility provides guests with maximum flexibility. This means that we are not bound to Saturday/Saturday type of stay formulas but offer customized quotes for every need.

In addition, by not working with intermediaries, we are able to offer appropriate economic conditions and advantageous cancellation arrangements.

City Tax not included: €2,00 per person per day from April to November, up to 10 nights stay, for guests older than 10 years old.

RESERVATION

Check-in at 4pm – Check-out at 9am.

Reservations are made by sending 30% confirmatory deposit by bank transfer, in the minimum amount of €100.00.

Payment is required at the arrival.

Accommodations are granted for use for the number of persons declared and agreed in advance with the management, including children of all ages.For hygienic and legal reasons, daily or nightly guests are not allowed. The violation of this conditions entails the immediate termination of the contractual relationship.

Rates include a pass for parking on the public street or in the yard.

CANCELLATION

– during the period before 30 days of arrival, the facility will return the deposit paid;

– within 30 days of the expected arrival date, the deposit already paid will be retained by La Noria Holiday Home.

La Noria vacation homes are all furnished, equipped with dishes, accessories and a kitchenette; each apartment, in addition to the rooms, is complemented by livable outdoor spaces.

The following equipment should be reserved in advance:

– telescopic trekking poles (free upon reservation);

– binoculars (free upon reservation);

– backpacks and courtesy k-way (in case you forgot your backpack or in case of sudden rain);

– Powerbank

– an outdoor space for drying shoes, boots and wet clothing.

In addition, we can guarantee you:

– information about the area and the nearest walking routes;

– the service of companion and/or hiking guide
expert;

– the retrieval service during or at the end of a hike;

– the luggage transport service.
